MADISON, Ga. — Spectrum, the #1 rural internet provider in the nation*, today announced the launch of Spectrum Internet, Mobile, TV and Voice services to 2,200 homes and small businesses in Morgan County, Georgia. Spectrum’s fiber-optic network buildout is the result of a partnership with Morgan County utilizing funding from the American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) and Spectrum investment. The partnership will ultimately bring broadband access to more than 2,700 homes and small businesses across the county.
“Local leaders across Morgan County have made the growth and development of our communities a priority,” said Morgan County Chairman Bill Kurtz. “Now, thanks to Spectrum, we are bridging the digital divide and getting high-speed internet access to thousands of homes and businesses that need it.”
